Play Room

A couple weekends ago, Jimmy and I finally converted our office into a play room.  We had been talking about doing it since pretty soon after Brayden was born and decided it was something we should definitely do before baby #2 (and thus more toys) comes along.  We had a big office desk and a nice adult office but we rarely used it and was a waste of a room in our small house.  So, we cleared out the room one weekend and the next spent many hours at Ikea furnishing our playroom.

We love the room and just yesterday I had to stay home with Brayden who was sick and the room worked out great for entertaining him and having a place for me to work with him nearby.

Here's a "before" of the desk -- after it was all cleared out ready to be taken out
