So Jimmy and I are officially under contract for our first house! It is a one story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with a 3 car garage and a big yard. The house was actually the first house we saw and then we looked at every other house on our 15 house list in the area and every time we kept coming back to this house. The house was also reduced greatly in price because the seller was trying to avoid short selling the house so it was a great deal particularly for the neighborhood which is great! The only thing is we will have to put a little money and a lot of sweat into the house in the beginning. For some reason the owners totally wrecked the floors throughout the house so they all need to be redone or just done before we move in. The only other possible hickup is the inspection which is on Monday so we'll see how it goes!
P.S. Happy 3 months of marriage today! :)
